Stone Press Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and relationship-driven professional to lead recruiting, onboarding, and agency operational support initiatives across our growing financial services organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and relationships, and is passionate about helping advisors grow successful businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention support
Manage recruiting platforms and ATS systems including LinkedIn, Indeed, WizeHire, and JazzHR
Coordinate candidate assessments, licensing progression, onboarding workflows, and contracting processes
Support agency leadership with advisor development initiatives, recruiting strategy, and regional growth efforts
Facilitate candidate interviews, onboarding calls, accountability meetings, and recruiting presentations
Maintain recruiting analytics, pipeline reporting, and operational tracking systems
Draft offer letters, onboarding materials, recruiting communications, and agency marketing content
Assist with executive scheduling, training calendars, and operational coordination
Support agency events, networking initiatives, seminars, and recruiting campaigns
Create presentations, onboarding resources, and branded marketing materials through Canva and social platforms
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to agency leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, operations, or financial services
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
Experience with ATS systems, recruiting platforms, and CRM tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Experience in financial services or insurance recruiting preferred but not required
