Stone Press Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and relationship-driven professional to lead recruiting, onboarding, and agency operational support initiatives across our growing financial services organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building systems and relationships, and is passionate about helping advisors grow successful businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and retention support
  • Manage recruiting platforms and ATS systems including LinkedIn, Indeed, WizeHire, and JazzHR
  • Coordinate candidate assessments, licensing progression, onboarding workflows, and contracting processes
  • Support agency leadership with advisor development initiatives, recruiting strategy, and regional growth efforts
  • Facilitate candidate interviews, onboarding calls, accountability meetings, and recruiting presentations
  • Maintain recruiting analytics, pipeline reporting, and operational tracking systems
  • Draft offer letters, onboarding materials, recruiting communications, and agency marketing content
  • Assist with executive scheduling, training calendars, and operational coordination
  • Support agency events, networking initiatives, seminars, and recruiting campaigns
  • Create presentations, onboarding resources, and branded marketing materials through Canva and social platforms
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to agency leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, operations, or financial services
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with ATS systems, recruiting platforms, and CRM tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
  • Experience in financial services or insurance recruiting preferred but not required
